Ivonne Montes de Oca has 20 years of professional experience in communications starting as a journalist. She founded The Pinnacle Company in October 1991. She is a thorough researcher and keen analyst of current business environments and her skills have been applied to multiple successful marketing and public relations campaigns. During her journalistic career, she wrote extensively for The Business Journal of Silicon Valley. Her incisive articles about high-tech, financial and global marketing issues were noted for their insight and thoroughness. She is also a frequent panelist and speaker. In addition to numerous industry awards, Ivonne Montes de Oca has received the Outstanding Woman of Silicon Valley award and the Woman of Achievement Award, Communications category conferred by The Women's Fund. She is a senior fellow of the American Leadership Forum, Past Chair of the Hispanic Charity Ball and President of the Board of the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley, and member of the Rotary Club of San Jose.

Ivonne is an active, well-known and highly regarded member of the San José Community-which includes some of the most influential leaders in education, government, business and community service organizations.
